Als Verkaufsassistent (m/w/d) bist du ein zentraler Teil unseres Verkaufsteams und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kunden von Anfang an ein erstklassiges Audi Erlebnis erfahren. Mit deinem Organisationstalent und deiner Serviceorientierung hältst du im Hintergrund alle Fäden zusammen und unterstützt unsere Verkaufsberater im gesamten Verkaufsprozess.

Das Besondere: Wir sehen diese Position als Einstieg in den Audi Vertrieb. Dieser wird dir von Grund auf von erfahrenen Profis vermittelt. Schritt für Schritt machen wir dich fit für den nächsten Karriereschritt – den Weg zum Audi Verkaufsberater.

Deine Rolle bei uns

Erlebnisgestalter Du empfängst unsere Kunden im Autohaus, koordinierst Termine und sorgst für einen professionellen ersten Eindruck.

Organisationstalent Du bereitest Angebote, Fahrzeugunterlagen und Verträge vor und unterstützt unsere Verkaufsberater im Tagesgeschäft.

Prozessprofi Du begleitest administrative Abläufe vom Erstkontakt bis zur Fahrzeugauslieferung und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Ablauf.

Teamplayer Du arbeitest eng mit Verkauf, Disposition und Service zusammen.

Entwicklung im Vertrieb Durch Training, Praxis und Unterstützung unseres Teams entwickeln wir dich Schritt für Schritt zum Audi Verkaufsberater.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Automobilhandel
  • Organisationstalent und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen und eine ausgeprägte Serviceorientierung
  • Teamgeist, Motivation und Eigeninitiative
  • Begeisterung für Premium-Automobile und moderne Mobilität
  • Interesse an einer langfristigen Entwicklung im Vertrieb
