Deine Aufgaben während der Ausbildung:

  • Unterstützung bei der Beratung und Betreuung unserer Kunden – vom ersten Kontakt bis zur Fahrzeugübergabe.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Verkaufsstrategien, die begeistern.
  • Analyse von Kundenbedürfnissen und Markttrends, um passgenaue Lösungen zu finden.
  • Mitarbeit in spannenden Abteilungen wie Ersatzteilwesen, Serviceannahme, Buchhaltung und Disposition.
  • Erstellung von Kalkulationen, Angeboten und Kostenrechnungen.
  • Organisation und Koordination betrieblicher Abläufe, die den Autohausalltag reibungslos gestalten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Fachabitur, Abitur oder einen vergleichbaren Schulabschluss.
  • Begeisterung für Autos und ein gutes Zahlenverständnis.
  • Technisches Interesse und die Motivation, dich in die Welt der Mobilität einzuarbeiten.
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke – du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen.
  • Organisationstalent und Teamgeist, um Herausforderungen gemeinsam zu meistern.
