In unserem neuen Mobilitätspark direkt am Bahnhof gelegen, bieten wir dir die Möglichkeit, unseren neuen Standort zum Erfolg zu führen und unsere Kunden mit deiner Leidenschaft für Zweiräder zu begeistern. Bei uns begleitest du Kunden von der ersten Beratung bis zum Kauf. Du erstellst maßgeschneiderte Angebote, präsentierst unser vielfältiges Sortiment und sorgst dafür, dass jeder Kunde mit einem Lächeln den Laden verlässt.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Verkaufsprofi mit Leidenschaft: Du hast idealerweise Erfahrung im Einzelhandel, idealerweise im Bereich Fahrräder oder ähnlichen Produkten, und begeisterst dich für moderne Mobilität.
  • Kaufmännisches Talent: Du hast ein gutes Zahlenverständnis, bist organisationsstark und denkst unternehmerisch.
  • Führungspersönlichkeit (gern gesehen): Du hast bereits Erfahrung in der Leitung eines Teams oder bist bereit, diese Verantwortung zu übernehmen.
  • Kommunikationsstark und kundenorientiert: Du gehst gerne auf Menschen zu, hörst aufmerksam zu und findest die besten Lösungen für ihre Bedürfnisse.
  • Technisches Grundverständnis (von Vorteil): Du hast idealerweise ein gewisses Interesse an der Technik von Fahrrädern und E-Bikes oder bist bereit, dich in diesem Bereich weiterzubilden.
  • Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Du bist zuverlässig, arbeitest gerne im Team und packst auch selbst mit an.
  • Digital Affin: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Office und idealerweise mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen.
  • Sprachgewandt: Du kommunizierst sicher und klar in Deutsch.
