Du stehst für mehr als Vertrieb – du repräsentierst anspruchsvolle Mobilität und ein Markenerlebnis auf höchstem Niveau.

Als Verkaufsberaterin für Škoda begleitest du unsere Kundinnen mit Kompetenz, Stil und Fingerspitzengefühl durch den gesamten Entscheidungsprozess – von der ersten Beratung bis zur exklusiven Fahrzeugübergabe.

Du erkennst Bedürfnisse schnell und entwickelst daraus individuelle, passgenaue Lösungen.

Im Showroom wie auch im direkten Kundenkontakt überzeugst du durch eine souveräne Ausstrahlung und ein sicheres Gespür für Qualität.

Du baust nachhaltige Kundenbeziehungen auf und trägst aktiv dazu bei, Škoda als moderne, hochwertige und zugleich zugängliche Marke zu positionieren.

Das solltest du mitbringen:

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Erfahrung im Vertrieb – idealerweise im Automobilbereich oder im gehobenen Segment.
  • Ausgeprägte Beratungskompetenz sowie ein sicheres, verbindliches Auftreten.
  • Hohe Serviceorientierung und den Anspruch, Kundenerwartungen zu übertreffen.
  • Eine strukturierte, zielorientierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Leidenschaft für moderne Mobilität, Innovation und starke Marken.
