Du bist handwerklich geschickt und hast eine Leidenschaft für Fahrräder – egal ob klassisch oder elektrisch? Du möchtest nicht nur reparieren, sondern auch direkten Kundenkontakt haben und aktiv zum Serviceerlebnis beitragen? Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig!

In unserem neuen Mobilitätspark direkt am Bahnhof Schwelm bist du das Herzstück unserer Werkstatt. Du sorgst dafür, dass Fahrräder und E-Bikes unserer Kunden jederzeit in Top-Zustand sind. Gleichzeitig bist du Ansprechpartner bei der Auftragsannahme, berätst kompetent zu Reparaturen und Serviceleistungen und stellst sicher, dass unsere Kunden sich bestens aufgehoben fühlen.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Handwerkliches Geschick & Leidenschaft: Du hast eine Ausbildung als Zweiradmechaniker, Mechatroniker oder vergleichbare Erfahrung – und brennst für Fahrräder und E-Bikes.
  • Technisches Know-how: Du kennst dich idealerweise mit moderner Fahrradtechnik, insbesondere E-Bikes und Pedelecs, aus oder bist bereit, dich intensiv einzuarbeiten.
  • Kundenorientierung: Du hast Freude am Umgang mit Menschen, berätst kompetent und erklärst technische Sachverhalte verständlich.
  • Organisationstalent: Du behältst den Überblick über Werkstattaufträge, planst effizient und arbeitest strukturiert.
  • Selbstständige Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest eigenverantwortlich, zuverlässig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität: Du unterstützt dein Team aktiv und packst mit an, wo Hilfe gebraucht wird.
  • Digitale Grundkenntnisse: Du bist sicher im Umgang mit digitalen Systemen zur Auftragsabwicklung.
  • Sprachgewandt: Du kommunizierst sicher und klar in Deutsch.
