  • Create, maintain, and update process documentation, including standard work, work instructions, and testing procedures.
  • Assist with line layout changes, tooling improvements, and workstation optimization.
  • Support resolution of quality issues, including containment, rework coordination, root cause identification, and periodic quality inspections.
  • Identify cost saving opportunities and efficiency improvements through waste reduction, method improvements, and better use of materials and time.
  • Provide production coverage as needed, including temporary assignment to other areas of the line to support value add team members during PTO, illness, or absences.
  • Support team engagement and morale by addressing process issues constructively and communicating improvements back to team members and leadership.

What you’ll bring

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
