Deine Aufgaben

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt befristet für 2 Jahre eine engagierte Person als Expert Personalentwicklung (m/w/d).

  • Entwicklung, Beratung, Planung sowie Begleitung von Maßnahmen und Programmen zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung von Mitarbeitenden und Führungskräften
  • Ermittlung und Abstimmung individueller und bereichsspezifischer Weiterbildungsbedarfe in Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften und Mitarbeitenden
  • Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung, Administration und nutzerorientierte Gestaltung der Lernplattform 360Learning sowie Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Lernkatalogen, Lernpfaden und digitalen Entwicklungsangeboten innerhalb der Lernplattform
  • Organisation und Begleitung interner und externer Trainings, Seminare und weiterer Lernveranstaltungen sowie Aufbau und Pflege eines Netzwerks aus internen und externen Trainerinnen und Trainern, Coaches sowie Bildungspartnern
  • Aufbau und Weiterentwicklung digitaler Schulungs- und Produktinhalte für potenzielle Kunden als ergänzender Bestandteil des Aufgabenbereichs
  • Evaluation und Qualitätssicherung von Weiterbildungs- und Entwicklungsmaßnahmen sowie Analyse von Lernerfolgen und Ableitung von Optimierungspotenzialen
  • Bei Bedarf Unterstützung bei weiteren administrativen und organisatorischen HR-Aufgaben sowie Mitarbeit in HR- und Organisationsentwicklungsprojekten

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Bildung, Wirtschaftspsychologie oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personal- sowie Führungskräfteentwicklung
  • Erfahrung in der Konzeption und Umsetzung moderner Personalentwicklungs- und Lernformate- idealerweise im Kontext einer unternehmensinternen Akademie, Lernakademie oder eines Weiterbildungszentrums
  • Sicherer Umgang mit digitalen Lernplattformen, vorzugsweise 360Learning
  • Konzeptionelle Stärke, Organisationsgeschick und ausgeprägte Projektmanagementkompetenz
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Beratungskompetenz und ein souveränes Auftreten auf unterschiedlichen Hierarchieebenen
  • Eigeninitiative, Lösungsorientierung und Freude daran, Personalentwicklung aktiv und zukunftsorientiert zu gestalten
