Deine Aufgaben

  • Office Management: Du sorgst für einen reibungslosen Büroalltag – von der Büroorganisation über Bestellungen bis zur Koordination mit Dienstleistern.
  • Terminmanagement: Du koordinierst die Termine der Geschäftsführung, bereitest Meetings vor und behältst Fristen im Blick.
  • Eventkoordination: Du planst und organisierst Team-Events, Offsites und externe Veranstaltungen.
  • HR-Support: Du unterstützt bei Recruiting und Onboarding und pflegst Personalunterlagen.
  • Rechnungssupport: Du unterstützt bei der Erstellung und Prüfung von Rechnungen sowie bei der Belegverwaltung.
  • Administration: Du übernimmst allgemeine administrative Aufgaben und bist Ansprechpartner (m/w/d) für interne und externe Anfragen.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder abgeschlossenes Studium
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Office Management, in der Administration oder in einer Assistenzfunktion, idealerweise im Start-up-Umfeld
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) und Affinität zu digitalen Tools
  • Strukturierte, zuverlässige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise sowie hohes Organisationstalent
  • Diskretion und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit vertraulichen Informationen
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
