Deine Aufgaben

  • Target-Listen: Aufbau und Pflege von Zielkundenlisten, z. B. Flächeneigentümer:innen wie Land- und Forstwirte, Kommunen oder Stiftungen sowie Projekte mit Kompensationsbedarf wie Bauvorhaben, Bebauungspläne oder Wind- und PV-Projekte.
  • Recherche: Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Projektrecherchen sowie Auswertung öffentlicher Quellen, z. B. Aufstellungsbeschlüsse, Bauleitplanung oder Förderprogramme.
  • Vertriebsunterstützung: Qualifizierung von Leads, Unterstützung bei der Erstansprache und Pflege unseres CRM.
  • Vorbereitung: Erstellung von Präsentationen, Angeboten und Entscheidungsvorlagen für Kunden- und Eigentümergespräche.
  • Operations: Unterstützung bei der Projektkoordination, Dokumentation sowie der Optimierung und dem Reporting interner Prozesse.
  • Schnittstelle: Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Gründern und dem Nature-Team.

Das bringst Du mit

  • Du studierst im Bachelor oder im frühen Master, z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Geografie, Umwelt-, Agrar- oder Forstwissenschaften, Landschaftsplanung oder Ähnliches.
  • Du recherchierst gerne, strukturierst Daten sauber und behältst den Überblick.
  • Du bist kommunikationsstark und hast keine Scheu, auf Menschen zuzugehen, auch am Telefon.
  • Du arbeitest hands-on, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert.
  • Du gehst sicher mit MS Office um, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint. Erfahrung mit CRM oder GIS ist ein Plus.
  • Du sprichst sehr gut Deutsch und gut Englisch.
  • Du interessierst dich für Natur- und Klimaschutz und willst ein Start-up aktiv mitgestalten.
  • Du wohnst in Berlin oder planst einen Umzug.
