  • Review, develop, improve, and maintain test plans and associated testing documentation.
  • Perform testing of hardware and software changes using agile and continuous-delivery methodologies.
  • Validate endpoint deployments across different hardware configurations, authentication methods, and network environments.
  • Identify defects, document test results, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Provide management reporting on test execution, results, defects, and overall readiness.
  • Support Alternatives Analysis, decision documents, white papers, and implementation of approved solutions using IRS-CI processes.
  • Support configuration, change, and communications management activities.
  • Assist with release communications, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), knowledge articles, self-help content, and other technical documentation.
  • Ensure testing activities and deliverables comply with DISA Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and applicable IRS/CI security controls and policies.

What qualifications do you look for?

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience supporting enterprise endpoint management, desktop engineering, software-deployment testing, operating-system validation, or similar activities in Microsoft Windows environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), Microsoft Intune, Group Policy, and PowerShell scripting.
  • Experience with application compatibility testing and documenting detailed test execution results.

  • CompTIA A+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate, or equivalent endpoint-management, desktop-support, or security certification(s).
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time, excluding U.S. Federal holidays. Holiday work may be required with advance scheduling.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
