Technical Engineering Support (TES) est une société d’ingénierie créée il y a + de 30 ans, spécialisée dans la coordination des essais et la mise en service industrielle. TES accompagne également ses clients dans la participation aux études et à la coordination du montage des équipements industriels. Dans le contexte de la construction de l’EPR² de Gravelines nous avons un poste à pourvoir en tant qu’OPC (f/h); La mission consiste à Piloter et Coordonner la préparation des activités de construction dans le cadre de la préparation au démarrage des travaux puis dans le cadre de réalisation des travaux. L'activité est exercée sur site, il/elle est rattaché au responsable OPC. Il/Elle pilote les coordinateurs géographiques d'activités et travaille en collaboration avec l'ensemble des entreprises en lien avec son périmètre.

Descriptif des activités :

Piloter la séquence de préparation d'activités du ou des bâtiments en lien avec les lots métier du chantier et/ou les ingénieries :

  • Garantir le démarrage en temps et en heures des activités d'exécution
  • S'assurer de la bonne coordination des parties prenantes au niveau du bâtiment
  • Piloter la performance sur leur périmètre (coûts/délais/qualité)
  • Valider et tenir à jour les fenêtres d'intervention des différents titulaires auprès des lots métiers sur la base proposée par le pilote de séquence construction
  • Assurer le reporting de l'avancement (Work Progress, Open Points, rapports de non-conformité, clôture des dossiers de fin de montage), des points de blocage et des actions menées pour les résoudre
  • Arbitrer en cas de nécessité de priorisation entre les parties prenantes
  • Proposer les actions de mitigation des risques
  • Organiser les gate-reviews pour transfert entre métiers OPC (« go » réalisation)
  • Participer aux réunions de revue avec les entreprises de montage (sous-traitant), la direction de projet ou autres acteurs du chantier...

Activités transverses :

  • S'assurer de la bonne prise en compte de la sécurité dans la préparation des activités
  • Partager son retour d'expérience (REX) avec le back-office et les autres chantiers pour prise en compte dans les méthodes

Profil requis :

  • Formation ingénieur ou Bac +5 (niveau acquis ou reconnu)
  • Expérience significative de 5 ans dans le domaine de la construction.
  • Une expérience terrain en usine ou sur un chantier industriel est un plus.
