Technical Engineering Support (TES) est une société d’ingénierie créée il y a + de 30 ans, spécialisée dans la coordination des essais et la mise en service industrielle. TES accompagne également ses clients dans la participation aux études et à la coordination du montage des équipements industriels.

Nous participons à la construction des nouveaux réacteurs nucléaire sur les chantiers physiques et contribuons à la digitalisation des processus de construction nucléaire sur « Chantier Numérique ».

Dans la cadre de la mise en œuvre du programme « Chantier Numérique », en particulier au service du processus métier « Réalisation des activités sur chantier » vous aurez en charge la prise en main des EPICs qui vous sont confiés et le bon déroulement de ceux-ci en respectant les jalons, préparant les différentes revues, identifiant et engageant les parties prenantes nécessaire et centralisant les informations sous la forme d’analyses, de benchmark ou note de synthèse. Une attention particulière sera portée au fait que les EPIC portent sur la réutilisation d’une plateforme outillée existante (MTA).

La mission concerne l'assistance et le pilotage sous le rôle d'EPIC Owner (ou Appui EPIC Owner) pour plusieurs opportunités SI basées sur la réutilisation d'une plateforme digitale existante (MTA) au travers d’actions (liste non-exhaussive) :

  1. Pilotage & Gouvernance : Animation des réunions, suivi des actions, reporting, représentation auprès du Chantier Numérique.
  2. Interface & Besoins Métier : Fait le lien entre le Métier (Génie Civil, MEH, équipes chantier), la DSIN et un autre acteur du secteur.
  3. Recette & Données : Organisation des recettes fonctionnelles, participation au paramétrage et intégration des données initiales.
  4. Documentation & Conduite du Changement : Rédaction des règles d'ingénierie, modes opératoires, tutoriels, cahier des charges de formation, et animation d'un espace communautaire (SharePoint).
  5. Analyse d'écart (Gap Analysis) : Adapter les processus pour maximiser le réemploi de la plateforme MTA

Epic Owner (f/h) ayant un minimum de 5 ans d’expérience :

  • Expérience reconnue dans des activités de gestion/pilotage de projet.
  • Capacité à s’intégrer dans une organisation complexe et en évolution et à générer l’engagement des parties prenantes au service de la réalisation de la stratégie de réalisation des EPICs.
  • Expérience et connaissances terrain dans le domaine de l’organisation de grand chantier d’infrastructure
  • Expérience et connaissances terrain dans le domaine de la conformité et du suivi les activités de construction.
  • Ces expériences incluent les aspects processus et digitalisation : Principes généraux issus d’autre chantiers, connaissance d’outils tiers ou EDF dont les fonctionnalités et structures permettent d’alimenter la pertinence d’analyses et benchmarks.
  • Maîtrise des outils de la suite Microsoft Office 365 : Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams et OneNote.
