About the role We are hiring an HR Business Partner in San Francisco to support managers and teams through growth: performance, development, employee relations, and org design.

What you will do - Coach managers through performance and development conversations - Run employee relations cases end to end - Support org design and change management - Partner with leadership on engagement and retention

Must have - 4+ years in HR business partner or generalist roles - Employee relations experience - Working knowledge of US employment practices

Nice to have - Experience in fast-growing technology companies
