Wir von TESVOLT Energy machen es für Betreiber kleiner und mittlerer Batteriespeicher erstmals möglich, lukrativ am Flexibilitätshandel teilzunehmen. Bisher hatten sie keine Chance, einen guten Trader zu finden, der ihre kleineren Speicherkapazitäten an der Energiebörse handelt. Wir bringen sie gebündelt als virtuelles Kraftwerk ans Netz – gehandelt durch die besten Trader am Markt.

Unsere Arbeit ist technisch anspruchsvoll, datenbasiert und nah an der Praxis. Genau das begeistert unser Team: ein Umfeld, in dem Analyst:innen, Entwickler:innen und Strateg:innen gemeinsam etwas bewegen können.

Du denkst Infrastruktur nicht nur mit, sondern voraus? Du willst Systeme bauen, die stabil, sicher und skalierbar sind – und gleichzeitig Entwicklerteams empowern? Dann bist Du bei uns genau richtig.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du gestaltest die Cloud-Infrastruktur aktiv mit: von der Architektur über die Bewertung von Services bis zur Auswahl der optimalen Lösungen je Anwendungsfall
  • Du entwickelst und betreibst Infrastructure as Code (z. B. mit Terraform) – modular, wiederverwendbar und zukunftssicher
  • Du designst und optimierst CI/CD-Pipelines, die schnelle, zuverlässige und sichere Deployments ermöglichen
  • Du verankerst Cybersecurity entlang des gesamten Stacks: von Least-Privilege-IAM über Secrets Management bis hin zu Netzwerksegmentierung, Vulnerability Scanning und Compliance
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Business Continuity Management: Backup-Strategien, Disaster Recovery, RTO/RPO-Ziele sowie Failover-Tests und Incident-Runbooks
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Engineering-Teams zusammen, um Self-Service-Infrastruktur bereitzustellen und den stabilen, sicheren Betrieb unserer Systeme zu gewährleisten

Dein Profil

  • Du hast fundierte Erfahrung mit modernen Cloud-Plattformen und -Services und triffst Architekturentscheidungen souverän und lösungsorientiert
  • Du bringst Praxis in Infrastructure as Code (z. B. Terraform) sowie im Umgang mit CI/CD-Tools mit
  • Du bist vertraut mit DevOps-Best-Practices wie GitOps, Automatisierung, Observability und Kostenoptimierung
  • Du hast ein solides Verständnis von Cybersecurity-Prinzipien sowie Business Continuity Management
  • Du arbeitest strukturiert, denkst analytisch und hast Spaß daran, komplexe Systeme einfach und effizient zu gestalten
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer, kommunizierst klar und übernimmst gerne Verantwortung

Wir sind ein eigenständiges Startup mit einem jungen, dynamischen Team, das von der langjährigen Erfahrung und Stabilität der TESVOLT AG als Muttergesellschaft profitiert.

Entscheidungen werden schnell getroffen. Wer eine Idee hat, kann sie einbringen und umsetzen. Wir arbeiten remote, vor Ort oder hybrid – mit einem Büro in Berlin für die, die es nutzen möchten. Einmal im Monat kommen wir als ganzes Team für unsere Onsites zusammen, um als Team zu wachsen und fokussiert zusammenzuarbeiten.
