Wir sind eine innovative Unternehmensgruppe in den Bereichen Gerüstbau, Hebetechnik, Maschinenbau und Stahlbau.

Unter dem Dach der Teupe Gruppe beschäftigen wir in Deutschland an unserem Hauptsitz in Stadtlohn und fünf weiteren Standorten sowie in Österreich und in der Schweiz insgesamt rund 600 Mitarbeiter.

Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Bonn (Alfter) suchen wir ab sofort eine Bauleitung Gerüstbau (m/w/d).

Deine Aufgaben

  • Du übernimmst die technische Verantwortung für Gerüstbau-Projekte
  • Du bist Ansprechpartner für unsere Kunden vor Ort
  • Du gewährleistest die fachgerechte Ausführung aller anfallenden Arbeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Du planst, steuerst und überwachst alle Vorgänge sowie die Einteilung und Koordination der eigenen Mitarbeiter und die der Nachunternehmer
  • Du übernimmst die Baustelleneinrichtung sowie die Material- und Geräteeinsatzplanung und dokumentierst die baustellenspezifische Abwicklung
  • Du führst Unterweisungen des gewerblichen Personals nach Unternehmensvorgaben durch

Dein Profil

  • Du verfügst über eine langjährige Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau
  • Idealerweise bist Du geprüfter Gerüstbau-Kolonnenführer (m/w/d) oder Gerüstbaumeister (m/w/d)
  • Du arbeitest selbständig, gewissenhaft und bist zuverlässig
  • Du bist ein Teamplayer und kannst gewerbliche Mitarbeiter führen
  • Du besitzt den Führerschein Klasse B
  • Du bist routiniert im Umgang mit Microsoft 365
