Wir sind eine innovative Unternehmensgruppe in den Bereichen Gerüstbau, Hebetechnik, Maschinenbau sowie Stahlbau und gehören zu den Marktführern in Deutschland.

Unter dem Dach der Teupe-Gruppe beschäftigen wir in Deutschland an unserem Hauptsitz in Stadtlohn und fünf weiteren Standorten sowie in Österreich und in der Schweiz insgesamt rund 600 Mitarbeiter.

Deine Aufgaben

Du übernimmst die

  • kaufmännische und technische Projektabwicklung von Großprojekten deutschlandweit
  • Angebotserstellung und Kalkulation
  • Vertragsverhandlung mit Auftraggebern
  • Führung von Bauleitung und Personal
  • Vertragsverhandlung und Kontrolle von Nachunternehmern
  • Kundenbetreuung und Neukundenakquisition
  • Gewährleistung der fachgerechten Ausführung aller anfallenden Arbeiten im Verantwortungsbereich
  • Erweiterung des Neukundenkreises durch strategische Marktbearbeitung
  • Verantwortung für optimale Ressourcennutzung, insbesondere der Material- und Personalressource

Dein Profil

Du verfügst über

  • ein Ingenieurstudium (FH), gerne mit Fachrichtung Bauingenieurwesen, Maschinenbau oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder alternativ über eine Ausbildung zum Bautechniker mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung im Gerüstbau oder in der Bauindustrie
  • oder über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Meister (m/w/d), Techniker (m/w/d) in einem technischen Beruf oder geprüfter Gerüstbau-Kolonnenführer (m/w/d)
  • Kenntnisse im Vertragsrecht sowie in der VOB
  • ausgeprägtes unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln sowie hohes Engagement
  • soziale Kompetenz, Teamgeist und die Fähigkeit zur Mitarbeiterführung
  • eine selbständige, gewissenhafte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • EDV-Kenntnisse und sind routiniert im Umgang mit MS 365
