Building occupancy analysis, space‑utilization studies, and functional zoning. Site‑plan integration (driving lanes, parking, utility corridors, pedestrian pathways). Interior fit‑out, finishes, furniture, and ergonomic considerations for control rooms, labs, and office areas. Integration of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP) systems into architectural models to ensure seamless coordination.

  • Advise global TI sites on architectural matters—cleanroom design, building circulation, ADA compliance, and workplace ergonomics.
  • Champion innovative architectural solutions that improve reliability, reduce construction cost, and enhance energy efficiency (e.g., modular cleanrooms, prefabricated building components).

4. Project & Financial Management

  • Own the architectural scope support budget and expenditures reviews, and identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage architectural scope statements of work, project schedules, and deliverables.
  • Participate in cross‑functional design reviews to ensure alignment of architectural, structural, and systems engineering disciplines.

5. Professional Engagement

  • Represent TI in internal and external technology forums, sharing architectural innovations and lessons learned.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
