The posting

Get ready to flex your creative design skills with our super-crazy creative team at Tezerak. We're looking for enthusiastic, energetic creative minds to wow us with their creativity!

❓ WHAT SKILLS ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

Well if you think you can do these things, then we're looking exactly what you have:

  • You are pretty good at illustrations, logos and other designs using appropriate software. To give a better idea of our expectations, you can find some of our recent sample work here: Tezz Digital Portfolio
  • You can quickly adapt to new techniques and work habits
  • You think quick, and solve problems even quicker
  • You have a good creative taste
  • You can can patiently go through lots of design feedback

🎨 CAN BEGINNERS APPLY?

Of course! Years of experience doesn't matter to us because the only thing we're looking for is how good you are in designing concepts into reality.

But we'll first evaluate your skill-set through a standard evaluation exam.

If you're still not that confident in your design skills, or haven't performed up-to-the-mark in the evaluation exam, you could also consider going through an internship program at one of our own brands.

🤔 WHAT DO YOU GET IN RETURN?

  • Multiple contracts
  • Develop your design skills in a creative and collaborative environment
  • Chilling with a super-creative team, coming up with outta-this-world ideas, chhilafying bosses for treats, and watching your favorite shows!

💰 WHAT'S THE PAYOUT PACKAGE LIKE?

Multiple contracts. Multiple payouts. There’s no cap! The only thing that is going to stop you is making enough time for more than enough contracts you can handle.

There'll be an evaluation process where we will evaluate your knowledge and skill in multiple illustration software. Applicants who pass this exam will be called for a final interview. Based on how you've performed, we will distribute the contract among all of you!

🚀 IS THE JOB FULL-TIME?

No, the job is not full-time. It is contractual based work - meaning whenever you’ll be assigned to a work order you can either complete it from your home or you could bring in your gears and work at Tezerak’s house. We work 6 days a week, 9 hours a day. Our office is in Lane 3, Baridhara DOHS. You can find more about us in our Facebook page.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.

The numbers game

More applications. More interviews.

What if my background isn't good enough?

We make the most of the background you have. The CV uses every piece of relevant proof your profile holds, and one of the 25 readers reads your whole profile and flags what the CV left out.

Do you really apply for me?

Yes, on the employer's own form, the hardest ones included. Where a question needs you, you answer it right there and AI suggests the best answer. Don't want us applying from our IP addresses? Use our Chrome extension: we apply straight from your own browser.

Is it a subscription?
