Positioned in Melbourne’s CBD, you’re just moments from world-class dining, shopping, entertainment, and cultural attractions, making it the perfect base to explore the city your way. The hotel features 241 thoughtfully designed rooms, each infused with contemporary style and Southeast Asian influences, offering comfort, colour, and a sense of personality throughout your stay.

About the role As a Bar Attendant, you’ll be at the heart of the guest experience, delivering friendly, attentive service and helping create the energetic atmosphere Quincy is known for. You’ll be responsible for:

Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Delivering warm, engaging and efficient service Taking orders and confidently recommending drinks and menu items Maintaining a clean, organised and well-stocked bar Supporting the wider Food & Beverage team during busy service periods Following responsible service of alcohol, food safety and workplace health and safety requirements Creating memorable experiences that keep our guests coming back

What we’re looking for You’ll bring:

Previous bar, restaurant or hospitality experience A current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate A friendly, confident and guest-focused approach Strong communication and teamwork skills The ability to thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment Flexibility to work across a hospitality roster, including evenings, weekends and public holidays, where required Cocktail and beverage knowledge is highly regarded
