Surrounded by the city's best dining, shopping and cultural attractions, the hotel welcomes guests from across Australia and around the world.   We're looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our Food & Beverage team. If you love great coffee, thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy creating genuine connections with guests, we'd love to hear from you. About the Role As our Barista, you'll be responsible for preparing quality coffee and beverages, providing exceptional service and helping create a warm, welcoming atmosphere for hotel guests and visitors alike. Every interaction is an opportunity to brighten someone's day and contribute to a memorable guest experience. What You'll Do

Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. Deliver friendly, engaging and professional customer service. Maintain café presentation, cleanliness and food safety standards. Support day-to-day Food & Beverage operations. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create exceptional guest experiences.

What You'll Bring

Previous barista or café experience. Confidence operating commercial coffee equipment. Strong customer service and communication skills. A positive attitude and genuine passion for hospitality. Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment. Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays.
