Welcome guests with an effortlessly gracious demeanour, setting the tone for their stay. Manage guest arrivals with poise, handle reservations, assign rooms with precision, and oversee payments, all while maintaining a serene and welcoming presence. Offer insightful recommendations and expert directions with an intimate knowledge of the precinct and Surry Hills, enhancing each guest's experience with your local acumen. Demonstrate an impeccable attention to detail and resolve any guest concerns with tact and efficiency, ensuring complete satisfaction and continued delight.
