Dank Auto-Onboarding sind unsere Kunden in unter 24 Stunden startklar – ganz ohne Bargeld am Einlass oder Excel-Chaos im Vorverkauf. Und falls doch einmal eine Frage aufkommt, steht unser persönliches Support-Team mit Rat und Tat zur Seite.

Wir arbeiten unermüdlich daran, das deutsche Vereinswesen mit seinen rund 90.000 Vereinen und 27 Millionen Mitgliedern bei der Digitalisierung zu revolutionieren.

Deine Aufgaben

Alles! Einfach alles! :D Aber, don't worry, du bist nicht alleine! Du wirst Teil unseres Kernteams mit der Hauptaufgabe die anstehenden Herausforderungen voranzutreiben. Mit kreativen Ideen und einer Ärmel-Hoch-Mentalität unterstützt du unser Club- und Partner Management-Team. Dazu gehören unter anderem:

  • Markt- und Partnerrecherchen sowie Herauskristallisation von Schnittmengen mit unserem Club Management
  • Wettbewerbsanalysen sowie Benchmarking
  • Integration & Ausbau von Daten im CRM-System
  • Kreative Weiterentwicklung unserer Ticket-, Marketing- und Kommunikationsplattform Vereinsticket für deutsche Vereine
  • Erstellen von Präsentationen mit Entscheidungsvorlagen für die Geschäftsführung und/oder Stabsstellenleiter

Dein Profil

Vor allem: Sei gut gelaunt! Wir sind es auch :D Wenn du dazu noch hochmotiviert und teamorientiert bist, los geht's, bewirb dich. Als Praktikant/in wirst du natürlich nicht alles von Tag Eins an wissen. Aber das musst du auch gar nicht. Wir sind für dich da. Klar, wir sind ein modernes Tech-Unternehmen. Der Umgang mit gängiger Office-Software sollte dir leicht fallen und du solltest dich gut selbst organisieren und eigenverantwortlich arbeiten können. Den Rest schaffen wir zusammen. Vielfältige Herausforderungen gibt's immer, aber genau deshalb ist es umso wichtiger diese im Team mit viel Kreativität und Energie anzugehen. Dies wird natürlich begünstigt, wenn du für Vereine und Digitalisierung brennst!

Du erhältst deinen eigenen, technisch top-modernen Arbeitsplatz in unseren neuen Räumlichkeiten in Saarburg. Dort sind wir günstig angebunden (z.B. 20 Minuten per Bahn nach Trier) und es erwarten dich ein innovatives Team, wirklich flache Hierarchien und alles was zu einem energiegeladenen Unternehmen dazugehört. Das Praktikum wird natürlich bezahlt! Wenn alles passt, spricht auch nichts dagegen, dass du längerfristig bei uns bleibst!
