Wir arbeiten unermüdlich daran, das deutsche Vereinswesen mit seinen rund 90.000 Vereinen und 27 Millionen Mitgliedern bei der Digitalisierung zu revolutionieren.

Deine Aufgaben

So gut wie alles, und genau das macht den Reiz aus: Dein Ausbildungsfeld ist mit vielen Bereichen des Unternehmens verknüpft und bietet dir jede Menge spannende Einblicke in ein junges, aufstrebendes Tech-Unternehmen. Dabei sorgst du vor allem mit dafür, dass das Backoffice rund läuft.

  • Buchhaltung: Unterstützung bei der Kontierung und Buchung laufender Geschäftsvorfälle in der Debitoren- und Kreditorenbuchhaltung
  • Personalwesen: Mithilfe bei der Personalverwaltung
  • Teamevents: Mitorganisation und Feelgood-Management
  • Administration: Koordination von Terminen, Bearbeitung von Schriftverkehr und Pflege von Daten
  • Assistenz der Geschäftsführung: Sekretariat, Kommunikation mit Kolleg:innen, Kund:innen und Partner:innen

Dein Profil

Aufgeschlossenheit und Lust auf Kontakt mit Menschen sind bei uns Grundvoraussetzung – schließlich bist du bei uns oft die erste Anlaufstelle.

Was du mitbringst:

  • Abgeschlossenes (Fach-)Abitur oder guter Realschulabschluss
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Interesse an PC-Arbeit und MS Office
  • Gespür für Zahlen
  • Führerschein
  • Selbstständige, lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – du legst lieber los, statt lange abzuwarten
  • Zuverlässig, sorgfältig, freundlich im Auftreten
  • Idealerweise Vereinsbackground oder Begeisterungsfähigkeit fürs Thema, denn darum dreht sich alles bei uns
