En TGN nos encontramos en la búsqueda de un/a Jefe/a de Compras de Proyectos y Materiales para sumarse a la Gerencia de Abastecimiento.

¿Cuál será su desafío?

Liderar la gestión de compras y contrataciones de obras, materiales, equipos y repuestos para la compañía, asegurando procesos eficientes, transparentes y alineados con los requerimientos del negocio y la normativa aplicable.

Sus principales responsabilidades serán:

  • Coordinar y distribuir las actividades del equipo de Compras de Proyectos y Materiales.
  • Brindar soporte a las áreas usuarias en la elaboración de pliegos y procesos licitatorios.
  • Gestionar procesos de selección de proveedores, evaluación de ofertas y adjudicaciones.
  • Realizar el seguimiento de contratos y colaborar en la resolución de desvíos o inconvenientes.
  • Administrar el presupuesto e indicadores de gestión del área.
  • Velar por el cumplimiento de las políticas, procedimientos y estándares de la compañía.

Requisitos

Buscamos profesionales con:

  • Formación universitaria completa en Ingeniería, o carreras afines al rol.
  • Experiencia en compras y contrataciones dentro de la industria del gas y petróleo o sectores afines.
  • Conocimientos de proyectos, obras, materiales, equipos y repuestos industriales.
  • Manejo de normas técnicas (API, ASME, ASTM, entre otras) y sistemas de aseguramiento de calidad.
  • Conocimientos de Supply Chain, marcos regulatorios de la industria del gas y herramientas informáticas.
  • Inglés fluido (deseable)
  • Sólidas habilidades de negociación y liderazgo.
