En TGN estamos buscando un/a profesional con sólida experiencia en finanzas corporativas, mercado de capitales y estructuración de financiamiento para incorporarse al equipo de Finanzas.

¿Cuál será tu desafío?

Tendrás un rol clave en la planificación, estructuración y ejecución de estrategias de financiamiento para la compañía, participando activamente en procesos de emisión de deuda en los mercados de capitales locales e internacionales.

Serás referente en el análisis de alternativas de financiamiento, la relación con inversores y entidades financieras, y el seguimiento de las obligaciones financieras de la empresa, contribuyendo a la toma de decisiones estratégicas que acompañen el crecimiento y desarrollo del negocio.

Principales responsabilidades

✔ Liderar y coordinar procesos de financiamiento y emisiones de deuda en mercados locales e internacionales, interactuando con bancos, asesores, calificadoras de riesgo y organismos reguladores.

✔ Analizar y estructurar alternativas de financiamiento alineadas a las necesidades de la compañía y las condiciones de mercado.

✔ Realizar el seguimiento de la deuda financiera, vencimientos, indicadores y covenants.

✔ Gestionar la relación con entidades financieras, inversores y otros actores relevantes del mercado de capitales.

✔ Elaborar reportes financieros, análisis de mercado e información destinada a inversores, calificadoras de riesgo y organismos de control.

✔ Analizar alternativas de inversión, cobertura y administración de excedentes de liquidez.

✔ Gestionar y monitorear operaciones financieras e inversiones.

✔ Elaborar análisis, proyecciones y recomendaciones para la Dirección y el Comité Financiero.

Requisitos

¿Qué buscamos?

🔹 Graduados/as en Ciencias Económicas, Finanzas, Administración de Empresas, Economía o Contador Público.

🔹 Posgrado o Maestría en Finanzas (deseable).

🔹 Experiencia mínima de 7 años en Finanzas Corporativas, Mercado de Capitales, Tesorería o áreas afines.

🔹 Experiencia comprobable participando en procesos de financiamiento y/o emisiones de deuda.

🔹 Inglés avanzado / Proficiency.

🔹 Dominio avanzado de Excel y herramientas de análisis financiero. Se valorará experiencia con SAP.

🔹 Perfil analítico, proactivo, con visión estratégica, orientación a resultados y excelentes habilidades de relacionamiento.

Valoraremos especialmente

✅ Experiencia en compañías emisoras de deuda o con participación activa en el mercado de capitales.

✅ Experiencia en el sector energético o industrias de capital intensivo.

✅ Estudios de posgrado o certificaciones vinculadas a Finanzas Corporativas, Mercado de Capitales o Inversiones.
