Intégrée au groupe Thales, SUNERIS est une PME technologique française spécialisée dans les solutions de télécommunications et de radios tactiques. Au sein de l'activité des Solutions Tactiques, vous intégrerez le service Production et participerez à la conception, au développement et à l'optimisation de bancs de test électroniques, de l'analyse du besoin jusqu'au dossier technique.

Vos missions

  • Analyser le cahier des charges et réaliser des études de faisabilité en proposant différentes solutions techniques.
  • Concevoir des pièces et systèmes mécaniques, effectuer les calculs et dimensionner les composants.
  • Réaliser les modélisations 3D, assemblages et plans de définition sous SolidWorks, ainsi que les nomenclatures (BOM).
  • Participer à la réalisation des prototypes, analyser les résultats d'essais et proposer des améliorations.
  • Optimiser les conceptions (fonctionnalité, coût, poids, fabrication, assemblage).
  • Rédiger la documentation technique, en lien avec les équipes production et R&D.

Votre profil

Vous êtes en dernière année d'école d'ingénieur ou en Master 2, avec une spécialisation en génie mécanique, conception mécanique ou industrialisation, et vous recherchez un stage de 6 mois à partir du premier semestre 2027.

  • Vous avez une bonne vision de la conception mécanique, maîtrisez SolidWorks (pièces, assemblages, mises en plan) ainsi que l'impression 3D.
  • Vous avez des connaissances en résistance des matériaux, dimensionnement, mécanique générale, procédés d'usinage et tolérances fonctionnelles et ISO.
  • Vous maîtrisez les outils bureautiques et avez un bon niveau d'anglais.
  • Vous vous distinguez par votre rigueur, votre autonomie, votre curiosité technique et votre esprit d'équipe.
