Votre quotidien

En nous rejoignant à Gémenos, vous intégrez un site localisé entre mer et collines provençales, regroupant nos activités d’identité et de sécurité numériques et nos activités de défense alliant à la fois ingénierie et production, et favorisant un environnement de travail collaboratif et convivial.

Le stagiaire assiste le responsable applicatif dans la modernisation et la migration des environnements collaboratifs vers SharePoint Online.

Il participe aux activités de projet comme :

- migration de contenus, application des métadonnées,

- reconstitution de la navigation,

- conversion de workflows,

- gestion des droits, contrôles qualité, nettoyage des données et documentation.

Au quotidien, il contribue à la gouvernance :

- suivi des espaces, gestion des accès, accompagnement des utilisateurs, communication des bonnes pratiques, organisation de formations et identification des améliorations pour garantir la performance et l’ergonomie de la plateforme.

Votre profil

Vous préparez un diplôme dans le domaine Informatique, Systèmes d’Information, gestion de projets numériques ou équivalent de niveau Bac +3/4 , et vous avez de l'expérience sur :

- Connaissance de base des outils Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, PowerApps, Power Automate)

- Excellentes compétences rédactionnelles et relationnelles.

- Maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit et oral).

- Capacité à suivre des consignes précises et à travailler dans un environnement structuré.

Curiosité, envie d’apprendre, goût pour la collaboration, rigueur, sens du détail et esprit d’analyse sont des atouts que l’on vous reconnait ?
