Estamos trabajando para uno de nuestros clientes, consultoría tecnológica especializada en sector financiero y seguros, en la selección de varios Consultores Senior en el ámbito del Data Governance:

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Formación universitaria y experiencia de más de 4 años trabajando en consultoría tecnológica en proyectos de gobierno del dato.
  • Gobierno del Dato: sólida experiencia en definición e implementación de políticas, estándares y procesos de gestión de datos.
  • Herramientas de catalogación: dominio de plataformas como Collibra, Alation o Informatica para la gestión de metadatos.
  • Modelado y linaje de datos: capacidad para diseñar modelos de datos y trazar su flujo a través de sistemas.
  • Conocimiento del marco DAMA-DMBOK: experiencia aplicando las mejores prácticas del Data Management Body of Knowledge (DAMA-DMBOK) en iniciativas de gobierno del dato, incluyendo calidad, metadatos, linaje y arquitectura de datos. Valorable certificación.
  • ️ Entornos Cloud & ETL: experiencia en Azure, AWS o GCP, y herramientas ETL como Talend o Data Factory.
  • Buena interlocución con áreas técnicas de cliente.
  • Capacidad para coordinación y liderazgo de equipos.

¿Qué ofrecen?

  • Modelo de trabajo híbrido (2-3 días de oficina).
  • Paquete retributivo compuesto de salario fijo (40-52k) más variable (10-15%) con revisiones anuales.
