Estamos trabajando en la búsqueda de un Manager/SM especializado en Customer Engagement para unidad de Estrategia y Operaciones de importante firma de consultoría de negocio multinacional.

¿Qué buscamos?

  • Titulación universitaria con alto nivel de inglés.
  • (IMPRESCINDIBLE) 𝙀𝙭𝙥𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙞𝙖 𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙧𝙚 7 𝙮 𝟭2 𝙖ñ𝙤𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙗𝙖𝙟𝙖𝙣𝙙𝙤 𝙚𝙣 𝙚𝙢𝙥𝙧𝙚𝙨𝙖𝙨 𝙙𝙚 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙪𝙡𝙩𝙤𝙧í𝙖 𝙚𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙖𝙩é𝙜𝙞𝙘𝙖 𝙙𝙚 𝙥𝙧𝙞𝙢𝙚𝙧 𝙣𝙞𝙫𝙚𝙡.
  • Experiencia haciendo proyectos relacionados con Customer Advisor: estrategias de ventas, marketing, definición de modelos operativos y roadmaps de implementación, diseño de estrategias de engagement, conceptualización de assets digitales, assessment de capacidades digitales, gestión del cambio, implementación de metodologías ágiles, analítica, ideación, diseño y ejecución de campañas de marketing omnicanal y generación de insights, etc.
  • Experiencia en gestión de proyectos de transformación, liderando equipos de consultores y asegurando el delivery según los estándares de calidad de la empresa.
  • Capacidad para generar relaciones de confianza a largo plazo con clientes.
  • Liderazgo en la detección y desarrollo de oportunidades de negocio, liderando la realización de ofertas y el desarrollo de offering.
