About Accelerate Indian Philanthropy

AIP was launched in 2021 with a bold vision: to see personal philanthropy drive Indias transformation. AIP collaborates with Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals (UHNIs) and their families, both within India and across the diaspora, with the mission to inform, influence, and inspire them to give more, give sooner, and give better. Over the last 3 years AIP has rapidly grown into a movement with over 40 prominent individuals driving our network as Core Founders and Founders, amplifying our impact and reach.

With a team of 13 full-time experts, AIP leverages its deep knowledge of UHNI philanthropy to engage with a diverse community of philanthropists in creating meaningful change. Weve curated a rich collection of case studies and insights from diverse philanthropic journeys, covering a wide range of sectors and theories of change.

AIP is driven by the belief that Indias wealth creators are eager to make a difference. We see immense potential for personal philanthropy to grow exponentially from current levels, and we are committed to making that vision a reality.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
