Voor één van onze klanten, een groeiende organisatie die sterk inzet op digitalisering en innovatie, zijn we op zoek naar een Lead Data Analyst. Binnen deze dynamische en internationale omgeving krijg je de kans om data om te zetten in concrete inzichten die bijdragen aan betere bedrijfsbeslissingen en optimale bedrijfsprestaties.

Ben jij analytisch sterk, heb je een grondige kennis van SQL en weet je complexe data te vertalen naar heldere, bruikbare inzichten? Wil je bovendien een inhoudelijke voortrekkersrol opnemen en mee bouwen aan kwalitatieve data-oplossingen? Dan is deze uitdaging iets voor jou!

Als Lead Data Analyst speel je een sleutelrol in het ontsluiten en optimaliseren van data binnen de organisatie. Je identificeert zakelijke uitdagingen en opportuniteiten, ontwikkelt datagedreven oplossingen en zorgt ervoor dat analytics-producten betrouwbaar, kwalitatief en relevant blijven voor de business.

Je vormt de brug tussen de business, het datateam en IT en werkt nauw samen met verschillende internationale teams. Daarbij combineer je een sterke analytische expertise met een businessgerichte aanpak en neem je de verantwoordelijkheid om complexe initiatieven zelfstandig te leiden.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden:

  • Je identificeert opportuniteiten en vertaalt bedrijfsuitdagingen naar waardevolle, datagedreven inzichten en innovatieve oplossingen.
  • Je ontwikkelt, optimaliseert en beheert analytics-producten die de besluitvorming ondersteunen en de bedrijfsprestaties verbeteren.
  • Je waakt over de continuïteit, kwaliteit en het effectieve gebruik van de beschikbare data-oplossingen.
  • Je past best practices toe op het vlak van datamodellering, datavisualisatie, data-analyse en data-productontwikkeling.
  • Je vertaalt complexe analyses naar heldere en toegankelijke inzichten voor diverse stakeholders.
  • Je neemt een voortrekkersrol op in de verdere ontwikkeling en continue verbetering van het data- en analyticsplatform.
  • Je detecteert en lost proactief problemen op en beheert incidenten in productie.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met internationale business- en IT-teams, onder meer binnen aankoop, logistiek en marketing.
  • Je volgt marktontwikkelingen en nieuwe technologieën op en onderzoekt hoe deze een meerwaarde kunnen bieden voor de organisatie.

Voor deze functie zoeken we een ervaren data-expert die analytische diepgang combineert met een sterk zakelijk inzicht en uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden.

  • Je beschikt over een masterdiploma met een specialisatie in data, zoals statistiek, data-analyse of data science, of je hebt gelijkwaardige ervaring opgebouwd.
  • Je hebt ongeveer 6 tot 10 jaar relevante ervaring als Data Analyst.
  • Je hebt een grondige en aantoonbare kennis van SQL.
  • Je hebt ervaring met datamodellering, datavisualisatie en het ontwikkelen van kwalitatieve data-oplossingen.
  • Kennis van Python, Git en analytics-methodologieën is een belangrijke troef.
  • Ervaring met tools en technologieën zoals dbt, Snowflake, GitLab, Power BI of Dash is een pluspunt.
  • Je communiceert vlot in het Engels en het Frans. Kennis van het Nederlands is een extra troef.
  • Je beschikt over sterke organisatorische vaardigheden en kan complexe initiatieven zelfstandig plannen, coördineren en realiseren.
  • Je communiceert helder met zowel technische als niet-technische stakeholders en weet verschillende teams op één lijn te brengen.
  • Je werkt proactief, denkt kritisch en hebt oog voor continue verbetering.
  • Je hebt een uitgesproken businessgerichte mindset en streeft ernaar om met data tastbare meerwaarde te creëren.
