  • Ability to learn quickly and work accurately with measurements, including inches.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to identify discrepancies.
  • Resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced work environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), particularly Excel.
  • Familiar with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
