Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Representative - Insurance Property & Casualty (P&C) to contact prospective customers, promote insurance products, identify customer needs, and recommend suitable Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance solutions. The ideal candidate has proven experience closing sales with U.S.-based clients and a demonstrated ability to meet sales targets and convert leads into customers. Familiarity with P&C insurance products is preferred but not required. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, persuasion, and follow-up skills to engage prospects, handle objections professionally, build lasting customer relationships, and consistently pursue new business opportunities. The successful candidate will independently manage the sales pipeline, maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions, and meet established performance expectations. Candidates must be proficient in written and spoken English, organized, proactive, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple prospects in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with standard business tools are also required, along with the ability to learn new systems quickly, follow established procedures, and work independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact prospective customers to promote and sell Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance products.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
  • Follow up with leads and prospects to advance sales opportunities and close deals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Handle customer questions and objections professionally to support sales conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and sales activities.
  • Meet established sales targets and performance expectations.
  • Manage the sales pipeline independently and consistently pursue new opportunities.
  • Perform other duties related to the position as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proficient level of English (written and spoken).
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with clients, vendors, and teammates.
  • Proven sales-closing experience with U.S.-based clients required.
  • Familiarity with Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance is preferred but not required.
  • Demonstrated track record of closing sales and meeting sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Excellent follow-up skills and the ability to convert leads into customers.
  • Results-driven, proactive, and motivated to close deals.
  • Committed to achieving consistent sales performance.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the sales process effectively.
  • Strong customer relationship-building and objection-handling skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate sales records and manage multiple prospects.
  • Resourceful, accountable, with a strong sense of ownership.
  • Out-of-the-box thinker, highly adaptable, reliable, self-motivated, and confident.
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking skills in fast-paced work environments.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage daily operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Familiar with standard business tools (email, spreadsheets, document management).
  • Ability to quickly learn new systems, software, and workflows.
  • Ability to follow established processes accurately with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work U.S. EST (New York) business hours and adapt to business needs.
  • Interested in long-term career opportunities.
  • Able to undergo a background check.
  • Reliable Windows 10+ computer, two monitors, and high-speed internet.
  • Reliable backup power source (e.g., power bank, UPS, inverter, or generator) for uninterrupted work during outages.
  • Professional home workstation capable of supporting uninterrupted remote work.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • 100% remote work.
