Dit restaurant heeft zich in korte tijd ontwikkeld tot een populaire en drukbezochte plek. Na een succesvol eerste jaar zijn we nu op zoek naar een bedrijfsleider die ons team kan inspireren en begeleiden om zowel het restaurant als de evenementen naar een nog hoger niveau te tillen. Met een enthousiast en sterk team als basis, krijg je als bedrijfsleider een brede en strategische verantwoordelijkheid. Je houdt toezicht op verschillende aspecten van de bedrijfsvoering en zorgt ervoor dat alles zo efficiënt mogelijk verloopt, met als doel het maximaliseren van de bedrijfsresultaten.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de algehele operationele en strategische gang van zaken van de hele locatie, restaurant, evenementen, catering, etc.
  • Je focus ligt op grotere, lang termijndoelen zoals omzetgroei en verbetering van de bedrijfsvoering.
  • Je beheert budgetten, houdt de kosten onder controle en streeft naar het behalen van financiële doelen.
  • Je hebt de algehele leiding over het gehele team van Ron Gastrobar Indonesia Bloemendaal. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles geregeld is waardoor iedereen zijn werk goed kan uitvoeren, wat voor een positieve sfeer zorgt binnen het team. Daarnaast werk je zelf ook mee tijdens het servies en ben je aanwezig tijdens de piekmomenten
  • Je begeleid en ondersteunt de leidinggevende bij het dagelijks managen en uitvoeren van hun operationele taken.
  • Je inspireert en motiveert op de werkvloer
  • Je houdt toezicht op het aansturen, trainen en ontwikkelen van het personeel
  • Je bewaakt de kwaliteit van Ron Gastrobar, zowel op restaurant als event niveau
  • Je zorgt voor optimalisatie van de bezetting
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het naleven van wettelijke voorschriften, zoals hygiëne, brandveiligheid en voedselveiligheidsnormen.
  • Je werkt goed samen met andere bedrijfsleiders binnen de groep en denkt mee over verbeteringen. Dit bespreek je met het MT en voert deze verbeteringen door
