Wat ga je doen?

  • Matchmaker: Jij koppelt toptalent aan topbedrijven in de hospitality. Of het nu gaat om een chef die sterren wil verdienen of een manager die een droomteam bouwt, jij weet de perfecte match te maken.
  • Talent Scout: Jij hebt een radar voor verborgen parels. Jij weet talent te vinden waar anderen het niet zien.
  • HR Held: Je denkt mee over employer branding, onboarding en alles wat met people management te maken heeft. Met jouw advies tillen bedrijven hun team naar een hoger niveau.
  • Ambassadeur: Jij bent hét gezicht van The Hospitality Recruiters. Partners en kandidaten weten dat ze bij jou in goede handen zijn.
