Wij bieden:

Reiskostenvergoeding van 300 EUR

Verblijf voor 21 dagen.

Salaris: € 1500 per maand (14 salarissen) € 50 maaltijdvergoeding

Prestatiebonus (4-11% na de inwerkperiode)

Extra betaling voor werken op zondag en feestdagen, inclusief diensten tot na 22:00 uur!

Volledig betaald verhuispakket

2 extra salarissen per jaar (totaal 14 salarissen)

De functie:

Je vertegenwoordigt het bedrijf en biedt professionele technische ondersteuning bij al hun vragen – van specifieke modellen en aankopen tot storingen. Het is daarom belangrijk dat je een probleemoplossend persoon bent met een positieve instelling. Je krijgt de nodige training voordat je met klanten aan de slag gaat, maar het is een voordeel als je al interesse hebt in auto's!

Je dagelijkse werkzaamheden omvatten taken zoals:

Het bieden van de hoogste kwaliteit ondersteuning aan onze klanten via telefoon en e-mail bij diverse vragen.

Het verstrekken van accurate, geldige en complete informatie volgens de juiste procedures.

Het opbouwen van een waardevolle relatie met klanten door hun vragen beleefd, vriendelijk en professioneel te beantwoorden.

Het behalen en overtreffen van onze kwaliteitsdoelen voor klantenservice, naleving van regelgeving en productiviteitsdoelstellingen.

Het creëren van een geweldige klantervaring die mensen waarderen en waar wij trots op zijn.

Het opvolgen van de instructies van het management en het geven van feedback.

Vereisten

Jouw kwalificaties:

Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Engels (B2).

Ervaring in klantenservice is een pluspunt, maar geen vereiste.

Je hebt basiskennis van en ervaring met computergebruik. Uitstekende multitaskingvaardigheden.

Je hebt de wil om te leren en jezelf verder te ontwikkelen, en je bent een nieuwsgierige onderzoeker en probleemoplosser.

Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden, waaronder uitstekende telefoonvaardigheden en een goed luistervermogen. Je beschikt over goede interpersoonlijke vaardigheden.
