Salary Range: $48,000 - $77,000 depending on experience

This posting covers Inside Sales Representative opportunities with manufacturers based in and around Mount Clemens in Macomb County, within about 30 minutes of the city, including Clinton Township, Chesterfield, Macomb, and Marine City.

The Opportunity

We partner with manufacturers across the Mount Clemens area seeking Inside Sales Representatives who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.

Usual Responsibilities

  • Maintain customer records and update contact information.
  • Resolve customer issues and escalate when needed.
  • Track sales activity and report to the sales manager.
  • Answer incoming customer calls and emails about products and orders.
  • Prepare and send quotes to customers based on their specifications.
  • Follow up on open quotes to close sales.
  • Process customer orders and enter them into the system.
  • Coordinate with production and shipping to meet delivery dates.

Recommended Qualifications

  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • years of experience in inside sales or customer service.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical specifications.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Associate or bachelor's degree in business or related field.
  • Knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Familiarity with metal fabrication or machining processes.
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial sales.
