Voor Business Intelligence en Analytics zoeken wij iemand die de strategische koers van de organisatie kan vertalen naar een succesvolle executie.

Wat wordt er van je verwacht:

• Samen met ons het verschil maken in de markt

• Realiseren van een door ons gedragen routekaart voor het BI-domein.

• Belangrijke onderdelen van de routekaart zijn:

o Een BI-infrastructuur die klanten inspireert en ondersteunt bij het benutten van de mogelijkheden van de eigen gegevens.

o Een rapportage-raamwerk, waarin al onze rapporten overzichtelijk worden geplaatst en dat klanten inzicht geeft in wat allemaal reeds aanwezig is.

o De in te zetten technologieën

o De te hanteren methoden m.b.t. configureerbaarheid van de rapporten (zoals klant specifieke parameters, meertaligheid) en beveiliging.

• Samen met het team realiseren van de routekaart

• Met klanten sparren over hun ideeën m.b.t. het innovatief analyseren, benutten en presenteren van hun gegevens en deze ideeën vertalen naar concrete producten en diensten.

• Vaststellen van de specifieke rapportagebehoefte van klanten en het realiseren daarvan.

• Uitdragen van de visie en de mogelijkheden bij klanten en prospects

Wat moet je kunnen:

• Op verschillende niveaus goed kunnen communiceren met onze klanten (van directie tot aan beheerders van onze applicatie)

• Onze visie en ideeën enthousiasmerend kunnen overdragen aan zowel groot als klein publiek

• Met alle geledingen binnen ons bedrijf goed kunnen samenwerken (directie, ontwikkelaars, helpdesk, consultants en beheerders)

• Zowel voor onze klanten als voor onszelf uitdagende ideeën kunnen vertalen naar stapsgewijze realisatie, door middel van het onderkennen, realiseren en implementeren van de daarvoor benodigde componenten en voorzieningen.

• Kennis van de relevante BI-technologieën en de richting waarin ontwikkelingen gaan, de relevantie voor X kunnen beoordelen en toepassen, zodat X op dit terrein herkenbaar vooroploopt.

• De kennis van de technologie zo grondig zijn dat je mee kan en wil bouwen aan de gekozen oplossingen en een uitdaging ziet in het oplossen van de technologische problemen.

Kennis van:

• SQL

• SSRS / SSIS / SSAS (Microsoft Bi stack op SQL Server) of een soortgelijke tool

Ervaring met:

• Het adviseren van gebruikers in op te stellen managementinformatie-overzichten

• Het realiseren en bijhouden van dashboards en overzichten

Persoonlijke vaardigheden:

• Je bent communicatief vaardig

• Je gaat samen met anderen voor het resultaat

• Je hebt een constructieve houding: als iets beter kan, kom je met voorstellen ideeën en ga je hier zelf ook proactief mee om.

• Je wilt je blijven ontwikkelen
