Ben je gek op strategisch meedenken over het Creditmanagement proces? Ben je goed in het programmeren en denk je bij elk proces over de automatisering na? Vind je het daarbij ook leuk een teeam van 8 experts aan te sturen om niet betalende klanten te factureren?

Solliciteer dan snel! The Preferred Supplier is namelijk op zoek naar een ervaren (Credit) /Automatisering/Intelligence Manager in Regio Rotterdam voor een Energie bedrijf.

Het gaat om ter vervanging van, waar je verantwoordelijk bent voor het factueren van >3 miljard. Dit doe je vanuit data-analyses, modelbouw & forecast geef je sturing aan credit intelligence. Dit in samenwerking met gemeenten en incassopartijen.

Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:

• Het ontwikkelen en meehelpen van het expertise team (8fte) zodat er een

optimale bijdrage voor het resultaatteam gemaakt kan worden

• Je gaat je team vanuit een Agile mindset helpen. Je inspireert en motiveert ze.

• Je helpt met onsluiten van data en gebruikt tools om de analyses naar stuurinfo

om te zetten.

• Je zorgt voor het bijhouden van ontwikkelingen en probeert het beleid hierop af te stemmen. Verder coordineer je de team experts.

• Je zorgt dat de expert zo innovatief mogelijk blijven

• Je zorgt voor een transparante cultuur waarbij feedback geven centraal staat

Achtergrond:

• Je hebt een afgeronde HBO/WO

• Ervaring met managen van >5FTE

• Databewerking/Mining (Python, SQL, R, Power BI, Qlikview)
