Spanish Conversion Agent – Cyprus

About the Role

Our client, ELITE, is expanding its Cyprus operation and is urgently looking for experienced Spanish-speaking Conversion Agents to join the Spanish Desk.

You will be responsible for contacting qualified Spanish-speaking leads, building trust, handling objections and converting prospects into active clients. This is a target-driven sales role for a confident closer who is comfortable working with warm leads and performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact Spanish-speaking leads by phone and other approved communication channels.
  • Convert qualified prospects into active clients and drive new deposits.
  • Build rapport quickly and understand client needs and objectives.
  • Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
  • Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the conversion process.
  • Achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion and revenue KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate activity and client records in the CRM.
  • Work closely with the team leader and other departments to maximize performance.

Requirements

  • Fluent/native Spanish is mandatory.
  • Proven Conversion Agent experience in FX/Forex, CFD, iGaming or a comparable high-volume sales environment.
  • Strong closing, negotiation and objection-handling skills.
  • Confident telephone communication and a highly persuasive sales approach.
  • Target-driven, ambitious and motivated by performance and commission.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.
  • Previous experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
  • Must already be located in Cyprus. No relocation for this position.
