AU DESK – AUSTRALIAN MARKET (Recovery)

The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting Conversion & Retention Agents to join an established FX team in Cyprus, working specifically with the Australian market.

This is a great opportunity for FX sales professionals who already have some industry experience and are looking to develop their career within a high-performance international sales environment.

Office Hours: 05:00 AM - 14:00 PM

THE ROLE

As a Conversion & Retention Agent, you will be responsible for engaging with Australian clients, converting qualified leads and building strong ongoing client relationships.

You will work in a target-driven environment where communication, sales ability and consistency are key to success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian clients
  • Convert qualified leads into active clients
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients effectively
  • Identify client needs and present suitable trading solutions
  • Handle objections and confidently close opportunities
  • Work towards individual and team sales targets
  • Maintain accurate client records and activity in the CRM
  • Deliver a professional and positive client experience
  • Work closely with the wider Sales and Retention teams

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 6 months of experience in the FX industry
  • Candidates with 6–12 months of experience are particularly encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in Conversion, Retention or FX Sales
  • Experience with or strong understanding of the Australian market is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong sales and negotiation abilities
  • Confident handling objections and closing clients
  • Target-driven and motivated by performance
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced sales environment
