Salary

  • Conversion Agents: €2,500 base salary
  • Retention Agents: €3,000 base salary
  • Commission and performance bonuses may also apply.

About the Opportunity

The Talent Hunter (TTH) is recruiting fluent Italian speakers for Conversion Agent and Retention Agent positions within a dynamic FX operation in Cyprus. These opportunities suit motivated, target-driven sales professionals with at least one year of experience in the FX industry.

Responsibilities — Conversion Agents

  • Contact qualified leads and convert prospects into funded accounts.
  • Build rapport with prospective clients and explain the account-opening process.
  • Follow up consistently to maximise conversion rates.
  • Meet individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and client interaction notes.

Responsibilities — Retention Agents

  • Manage and develop relationships with existing clients.
  • Maintain regular contact and support ongoing client engagement.
  • Identify client needs and provide appropriate information about available services.
  • Follow up on client activity and retention opportunities.
  • Meet retention and performance targets while following company policies and compliance procedures.

Requirements

  • Fluent Italian, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in the Forex (FX) industry.
  • Previous experience in conversion, retention, or financial-services sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced international environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales performance targets.
