WE ARE HIRING — 10 AGENTS!

Location: Limassol, Cyprus Industry: FX / Forex Language: Spanish — fluent or native level Positions: Conversion Agents & Retention Agents Salary: €2,000–€2,500 per month + performance-based bonuses (subject to confirmation by Client)

We are looking for motivated, ambitious and results-driven Spanish-speaking Conversion and Retention Agents to join a growing FX operation in Limassol.

We welcome both individual candidates and experienced teams with a proven track record in Forex sales, conversion, retention and client relationship management.

Conversion Agent — Responsibilities

  • Contact and follow up with qualified Spanish-speaking leads.
  • Build rapport and identify clients' needs.
  • Handle objections professionally and work towards conversion targets.
  • Maintain consistent follow-up and accurate CRM records.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to team performance.

Retention Agent — Responsibilities

  • Manage relationships with existing Spanish-speaking clients.
  • Maintain regular client contact and build long-term relationships.
  • Support client engagement, account activity and retention.
  • Handle objections and client concerns professionally.
  • Work towards retention and performance targets.

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish, preferably native-level.
  • Previous FX/Forex industry experience is preferred; relevant experience for the position applied for is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Target-driven, motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team applications are welcome, particularly teams with proven FX results.
