RETENTION AGENTS – ENGLISH / NORDIC DESK

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria Industry: FX / Forex Desk: English / Nordic Base Salary: €1,500 + Commission Relocation Package Available

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are looking for experienced Retention Agents to join an established FX team in Sofia, Bulgaria, working on an English / Nordic Desk.

This is an excellent opportunity for commercially driven professionals with proven FX retention experience who are looking for a new challenge and the opportunity to relocate to Sofia.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage and develop relationships with existing clients Maintain a strong and active client portfolio Re-engage inactive and dormant clients Increase client deposits and trading activity Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities Handle objections and overcome client concerns Build long-term relationships with clients Consistently follow up with assigned clients Meet and exceed individual KPIs and revenue targets Maintain accurate client records in the CRM Work closely with Sales, KYC and other internal departments

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of experience as a Retention Agent within the FX industry Experience working with English-speaking and/or Nordic clients Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills Proven ability to retain clients and generate revenue Confident handling objections and closing deals Highly target-driven and motivated by results Professional telephone manner Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to relocate to Sofia, Bulgaria
