We are looking for ambitious and driven Retention Agents who are passionate about sales, client relationships, and maximizing their earning potential.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients Increase client engagement and activity levels Identify retention and revenue-generating opportunities Provide exceptional customer service and account management Achieve and exceed retention targets Strengthen customer loyalty and long-term value Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities

Requirements

Minimum 1 year experience as a Retention Agent Fluent German, French and/or English Strong communication and negotiation skills Results-driven and sales-oriented mindset Ability to work independently and within a team Hungry to succeed and motivated by high earnings Professional attitude and excellent relationship-building abilities
