  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, status reports, budgets, approval processes, and action trackers to keep workstreams moving and stakeholders aligned.
  • Support day-to-day account and project needs, including research, reporting, meeting coordination, notetaking, preparation of materials, and other tasks needed to keep projects moving.
  • Develop clear presentations, reports, and other client-facing materials in collaboration with internal team members.
  • Build and apply expertise across the NFL, sports, entertainment, media, and cultural landscape to identify relevant opportunities, developments, and implications for the client.
  • Develop a strong working knowledge of the client’s business, products, priorities, partnership objectives, and contractual assets, and apply that knowledge to day-to-day planning and execution.
  • Anticipate client and project needs, surface risks early, and work with the Partnership Lead and broader team to develop practical solutions.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree
  • 4+ years relevant experience with minimum 2 years of direct experience in account and project management (preferably in the sports or entertainment field).
  • Current knowledge of the sports and entertainment landscape, particularly the NFL, with a strong understanding of cultural trends and emerging developments.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly with PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
  • Must be able to multi-task and self-manage to meet deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven account management skills in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships.
  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Carries out responsibilities with minimal direction.
  • Motivated, goal-oriented, persistent and comfortable navigating multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
