  • Work closely with the Warehouse Team to understand available rental equipment and stock requirements, order project consumables and support the coordination and upkeep of fleet and vehicles.
  • Liaise regularly with Client Services, Production, Studio, Warehouse and other internal teams to communicate operational plans, requirements, changes and project progress.

  • Maintain clear communication and reporting throughout the event lifecycle, escalating potential issues, changes or risks to the Operations Manager and relevant project teams in a timely manner.
  • Contribute to departmental and project reviews through accurate quality and issue logging, sharing relevant project information and identifying opportunities to improve processes, performance and cost efficiency.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
