Buscamos Veterinario/a para realizar un internado con especial enfoque en Cirugía de Tejidos Blandos y Traumatología en un hospital veterinario independiente de referencia, ubicado en Martorell (Barcelona).

Una excelente oportunidad para veterinarios/as que quieran desarrollar su carrera en cirugía, adquiriendo experiencia práctica en un entorno hospitalario con alta casuística, formación continua y acompañamiento de profesionales experimentados.

El internado permitirá conocer los diferentes servicios del hospital, con especial dedicación al área quirúrgica y posibilidades de desarrollo profesional a largo plazo.

Funciones del puesto

El/la veterinario/a participará en un programa de internado rotatorio por los diferentes servicios del hospital, con especial enfoque en cirugía.

  • Cirugía de tejidos blandos y traumatología: asistencia en procedimientos quirúrgicos, preparación de pacientes y seguimiento posoperatorio.
  • Consultas: participación en consultas de medicina general e interna.
  • Diagnóstico por imagen: apoyo en la realización e interpretación de pruebas diagnósticas.
  • Hospitalización: seguimiento, monitorización y manejo de pacientes ingresados.
  • Participación en la valoración de casos clínicos y elaboración de planes terapéuticos.
  • Trabajo conjunto con veterinarios experimentados para adquirir progresivamente mayor autonomía.

Perfil buscado

  • Grado/Licenciatura en Veterinaria y habilitación para ejercer en España.
  • Interés especial por la cirugía de tejidos blandos y traumatología.
  • Motivación por aprender y desarrollar habilidades clínicas y quirúrgicas.
  • Buena actitud, compromiso y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Se valorará experiencia previa en clínica de pequeños animales, aunque lo más importante será la motivación por formarse y crecer profesionalmente.

Condiciones laborales

  • Jornada completa de 37,5 horas semanales.
  • Horario fijo de lunes a viernes, de 09:00 a 17:00 h.
  • Salario según convenio, con revisión salarial anual.
  • Comisiones adicionales por retenes de cirugía, una vez alcanzados los requisitos y competencias establecidos por el hospital.
  • Formación continua dentro del hospital.
  • Acceso a cursos y programas de formación.
  • Posibilidad de realizar másteres o programas de especialización bajo demanda, previa valoración con el hospital.
  • Posibilidad de acceder a un puesto indefinido tras el internado, según evolución y necesidades del centro.

Cuenta con un equipo consolidado de 12 veterinarios/as y unas instalaciones completas con 8 consultas, además de áreas diferenciadas para procedimientos, quirófano, hospitalización y urgencias.

Su estructura permite trabajar de manera multidisciplinar, aprender de profesionales con amplia experiencia y adquirir conocimientos en diferentes especialidades veterinarias.
