The posting

Buscamos un/a Veterinario/a Generalista para incorporarse a un equipo veterinario en Barcelona, con un puesto principalmente enfocado a la hospitalización diurna y apoyo en consulta, y con participación puntual en el servicio de urgencias.

Se trata de una posición pensada para un/a profesional que quiera desarrollar su experiencia clínica en un entorno con alta casuística, formando parte de un equipo estable y multidisciplinar.

Funciones

La mayor parte de la jornada se desarrollará en horario diurno, realizando principalmente:

  • Gestión y seguimiento de hospitalizaciones diurnas.
  • Apoyo en consulta y atención de pacientes.
  • Seguimiento de la evolución de los pacientes hospitalizados.
  • Apoyo al equipo clínico en procedimientos y necesidades asistenciales.

De forma puntual, el/la profesional participará como retén de urgencias, cubriendo principalmente vacaciones del equipo de urgencias o ausencias imprevistas.

Horario

Jornada diurna

El horario diurno será el mismo que el del resto del equipo:

  • Turno de mañana: 09:00 a 15:00 h.
  • Turno de tarde: 15:00 a 21:00 h.

Retén de urgencias

La participación en urgencias será puntual, principalmente para cubrir vacaciones o ausencias del equipo habitual.

Los tramos horarios a cubrir son:

  • Turno nocturno: 21:00 a 09:00 h.
  • Turno diurno de urgencias: 09:00 a 21:00 h en determinados días.

Los turnos de urgencias no están definidos como un calendario fijo, ya que se organizan entre 3 profesionales, buscando repartir la cobertura.

Condiciones

  • Contrato indefinido.
  • Jornada completa.
  • Puesto principalmente diurno.
  • Participación puntual en el retén de urgencias.
  • Salario según experiencia, superior a 30.000 euros, con flexibilidad para valorar las condiciones individualmente.
  • Incorporación a un equipo estable y multidisciplinar.
  • Alta casuística clínica.
  • Posibilidades de formación y desarrollo profesional.

Perfil buscado

  • Grado/Licenciatura en Veterinaria homologado en España.
  • Experiencia clínica previa, valorándose especialmente experiencia en hospitalización.
  • Capacidad para trabajar con autonomía y en equipo.
  • Interés por continuar desarrollándose en un entorno hospitalario.
  • Disponibilidad para realizar coberturas puntuales de urgencias.
