Desde The Vet Office, agencia especializada en selección de talento veterinario, se busca incorporar un/a Veterinario/a de UCI y Cuidados Intensivos para un hospital veterinario multidisciplinar de referencia, con alto volumen de casos complejos y estructura clínica altamente especializada.

Sobre el hospital

El centro cuenta con más de 1.500 m² de instalaciones de última generación, diseñadas para ofrecer atención clínica avanzada y multidisciplinar.

Entre sus recursos destacan:

  • Quirófano completamente equipado
  • 4 salas de hospitalización diferenciadas
  • Consultas separadas para perros, gatos y animales exóticos
  • TAC
  • Resonancia magnética
  • Ecografía avanzada
  • Sala de rayos X digital

El hospital está formado por un equipo de 42 profesionales clínicos, incluyendo:

  • 19 veterinarios
  • 23 ATV

Además, el equipo trabaja junto a especialistas y diplomados europeos, favoreciendo un entorno de aprendizaje constante y alto nivel clínico.

Funciones

El/la veterinario/a seleccionado/a tendrá un papel clave en el manejo de pacientes críticos y hospitalizados, participando activamente en la toma de decisiones clínicas y en la coordinación con los diferentes servicios del hospital.

Sus principales funciones incluirán:

  • Manejo integral de pacientes críticos en UCI.
  • Monitorización avanzada y tratamiento de pacientes hospitalizados complejos.
  • Coordinación clínica con cirugía, medicina interna, diagnóstico por imagen y urgencias.
  • Participación en protocolos clínicos y procesos de mejora continua.
  • Comunicación clínica frecuente en inglés dentro del entorno hospitalario.

Se busca un perfil resolutivo, organizado y con criterio clínico sólido, capaz de trabajar en un entorno de alta exigencia médica y en estrecha colaboración con otros especialistas.

Horario

El hospital ofrece un modelo de trabajo diseñado para combinar alta calidad clínica con equilibrio personal.

Jornada intensiva rotatoria de lunes a viernes, siendo una semana de tardes y otra de mañanas y así sucesivamente.

  • 09:00 – 16:00
  • 15:00 – 21:00

Sábados:

  • 1 de cada 3, turno de mañana.

Sin guardias presenciales.

Segunda guardia:

  • 4 fines de semana al año
  • 1 noche a la semana

Con soporte estructurado del equipo de auxiliares y veterinarios de primera guardia.

Requisitos

  • Licenciatura o Grado en Veterinaria.
  • Experiencia mínima de varios años en hospitales grandes o centros de referencia.
  • Experiencia demostrable en UCI y cuidados intensivos.
  • Nivel de inglés avanzado imprescindible.

Se valorará especialmente:

  • Acreditación AVEPA.
  • Postgrados en Cuidados Intensivos o especialidades relacionadas.
  • Experiencia en hospitales de alto volumen de casos.

Condiciones

  • Salario: 33.000 – 38.000 € brutos/año según experiencia y valía.
  • Incentivos variables según desempeño.
  • Retén: 250 € por fin de semana asignado.
